10won Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to 10won. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and 10won ("the platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the 10won website or platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, participating in games or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the 10won platform. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 10won.

10won is an online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes and directed at adult users in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Nothing in these Terms should be read as a guarantee of winnings, a representation of expected returns, or any form of financial advice.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 10won account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 10won is strictly an adult-only platform. We may request proof of age at any point and reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement is not met.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, do not register.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 10won account. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Own details: You must register using your own genuine name, date of birth and contact information. Registering under someone else's identity is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously self-excluded from 10won, you may not register a new account without going through the formal reinstatement process via our support team.

3. Account Registration

When you register a 10won account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your password — secure and confidential. 10won will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact our support team immediately. 10won cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

We may require identity verification at any point — on registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an account review. Verification typically requires a government-issued ID and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals withheld until the process is completed.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your 10won account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is finalised. 10won reserves the right to close accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 10won are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. 10won does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Players may set their own voluntary deposit limits via account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and the matching of the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed same day for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the player's own name.
• 10won reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see Section 5.
• If a withdrawal is requested for an amount exceeding your verified withdrawable balance, the request will be declined and you will be notified.

4.3 Currency

All balances, stakes and payouts are displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on the 10won side. Any conversion charges applied by your payment provider are outside 10won's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

10won offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements and expiry dates — which are published with each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses credited to your account carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) that must be met before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times across eligible games before withdrawal is possible.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Using bonuses in a way that is designed to extract value without genuine gameplay — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically playing in a way designed to exploit bonus terms — constitutes bonus abuse. 10won reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and free rounds not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. VIP Programme

The 10won VIP programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite — each offering different levels of rewards including weekly cashback, priority withdrawals, exclusive game access and personal account management at higher tiers. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier.

• VIP points are earned based on wager volume across eligible game sections. Sports betting earns points at a lower rate than casino games and slots.
• Tier advancement is automatic when the relevant points threshold is reached. Elite tier is by invitation only and awarded at 10won's discretion.
• Tier maintenance requirements apply at Silver tier and above. Significant reductions in activity over a review period may result in tier reassessment.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for the week and credited automatically. Cashback funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 10won reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the VIP programme with reasonable notice to affected players.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 10won platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods or impersonating another person.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one 10won account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino or tournament formats.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately using software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain credits or advantages not legitimately won. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, third-party software or any automated system to interact with the platform or games.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing payment chargebacks with your bank or card issuer in relation to genuine, authorised deposits. Accounts involved in chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Underage use: Allowing minors to access or use your account, or registering if you are under 18.

8. Responsible Gaming

10won takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is for adult entertainment only and is not intended as a source of income or a way to address financial difficulties. Online gaming involves real financial risk and should always be approached with a pre-set budget and time limits.

The following tools are available to every 10won player directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately.
• Session reminders: Set time alerts for how long you've been playing in a single session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account to prevent access. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
• Reality checks: Periodic prompts showing time elapsed and net gaming balance during a session.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect personal information — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment method details — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and to deliver the platform's services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted through the 10won platform is SSL encrypted. Payment credentials are processed through secure third-party payment providers and are not stored on 10won's systems. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 10won platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to 10won and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any 10won content without express written permission.

Game content available on the platform is owned by the respective game providers and is made available to players under licence. Scraping, reverse-engineering or unauthorised extraction of game assets or platform data is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10won's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the balance held in their verified account at the time of any claim. 10won is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated savings arising from technical issues, game errors or platform interruptions.
• Losses arising from a player's own breach of these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain account security.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers or circumstances outside 10won's reasonable control.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and game integrity, 10won does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to all services at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

12. Changes to These Terms

10won reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of the 10won platform after updated Terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure via our support team.
